My Own Pancakes & Waffle Mix

I like to make my own mix, that way everyone gets what they like.
I start with self-rising flour, add eggs, milk & Vanilla. The Vanilla gives the mix a wonderful flavor. Then, I add whatever everyone wants in theirs.
It works wonderfully & tastes great!
