Banana Seed Muffins

Banana Seed Muffins
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp.baking powder
1 tsp.baking soda
1/4 tsp.salt
1/3 cup.chopped nuts(walnuts or pecans)
1/4 cup.sunflower seeds
3 tbsp.sesame seeds
1/2 cup Olvina margarine,melted
1 egg
1 2/3 cups.mashed ripe bananas

1/Preheat oven to 375.grease muffin pan with Olvina.
2/Combine first 8 ingredients in mixing bowl.
Stir well to blend.
3/Combine Olvina,egg and banana in small bowl.Mix well.
4/Add banana mixture to dry ingredients.Stir just until
moistened.Fill prepared muffin cups almost full.
5/Bake at 375 for 18-23 minutes,or until top springs
back when slightly touched.

Makes 1 dozen
